سياسة الشحن

تختلف آلية تجهيز الطلبات وشحنها في Clickt بحسب نوع المنتج والبائع ومكان التنفيذ وطبيعة الشحنة.

1) طرق التنفيذ والشحن
قد يتم تنفيذ الطلبات أو شحنها من خلال البائع مباشرة أو من خلال ترتيبات تشغيلية مرتبطة بالمنصة أو شركاء الشحن، وذلك بحسب نوع المنتج والبائع والدولة أو المنطقة المعنية.

2) معالجة الطلبات
تختلف مدة تجهيز الطلب حسب توفر المنتج وطبيعة الفئة والبائع وطبيعة الشحنة. وقد تتطلب بعض الطلبات وقتًا إضافيًا للتحقق أو التغليف أو التنسيق أو الدمج أو الفصل بين شحنات متعددة.

3) مدة الشحن والتسليم
مدد التسليم المعروضة أو المتوقعة هي مدد تقديرية وليست التزامًا زمنيًا نهائيًا. وقد تختلف بحسب بلد الوجهة وشركة الشحن والبائع وطبيعة المنتج والإجراءات اللوجستية أو الجمركية أو متطلبات التسليم الخاصة.

4) العنوان وبيانات التسليم
يجب على العميل إدخال بيانات تسليم دقيقة وكاملة. ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن التأخير أو تعذر التسليم الناتج عن عنوان غير صحيح أو بيانات ناقصة أو عدم الاستجابة لشركة الشحن أو ممثل التسليم.

5) الشحنات المتعددة
إذا كان الطلب يتضمن منتجات من أكثر من بائع أو من أكثر من مصدر تنفيذ، فقد يتم شحنه على دفعات منفصلة أو من خلال أكثر من شحنة أو وقت تسليم.

6) فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام
يجب على العميل فحص الطرد والمنتج عند الاستلام، وفي حال وجود ضرر ظاهر أو نقص أو استلام منتج غير مطابق، يجب التواصل معنا خلال مدة معقولة مع تزويدنا بالصور والبيانات اللازمة للمراجعة.

7) الرسوم والضرائب
قد تخضع بعض الطلبات لرسوم شحن أو رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم تشغيل إضافية بحسب بلد الوجهة أو البائع أو طبيعة المنتج، ويتحمل العميل هذه الرسوم ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك بشكل صريح.
