الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بك في Clickt. باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق أو إتمامك أي عملية شراء من خلال المنصة، فإنك تقر بموافقتك على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1) طبيعة المنصة
Clickt هي منصة تجارة إلكترونية متعددة البائعين تتيح لبائعين مختلفين عرض منتجاتهم وبيعها عبر المنصة. وقد تكون بعض المنتجات مباعة أو مشحونة أو منفذة من قبل البائع مباشرة أو من خلال ترتيبات تشغيلية مرتبطة بالمنصة.

2) المنتجات والمحتوى
نحرص على عرض المنتجات ووصفها وصورها بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. ومع ذلك، قد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في اللون أو المقاس أو الشكل أو الخامة أو المواصفات أو التغليف أو العلامة أو بلد المنشأ أو الإصدار بحسب المورد أو البائع أو الدفعة الإنتاجية أو طبيعة المنتج.

3) التوفر والأسعار
قد تتغير حالة توفر المنتجات أو الأسعار أو العروض أو المواصفات أو بيانات الشحن في أي وقت. ولا يعتبر المنتج متاحاً أو السعر نهائياً إلا بعد مراجعة الطلب وتأكيده وفق النظام والتأكد من إمكانية التنفيذ.

4) قبول الطلب
استلام الطلب أو رسالة تأكيد الاستلام لا يعني بالضرورة القبول النهائي للطلب. يظل الطلب خاضعًا للمراجعة والتأكد من توفر المنتج وصحة البيانات وإتمام الدفع وإمكانية التنفيذ والتحقق من البائع أو الشحنة عند الحاجة.

5) البائعون وشروطهم الخاصة
قد تخضع بعض المنتجات أو الفئات أو العروض أو البائعين لشروط إضافية أو خاصة تظهر على صفحة المنتج أو صفحة البائع أو أثناء إتمام الطلب، وتعتبر هذه الشروط جزءًا مكملاً لهذه الأحكام طالما أنها لا تتعارض مع النظام أو اللوائح المطبقة أو قواعد المنصة الأساسية.

6) دقة بيانات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة ودقيقة، بما في ذلك الاسم وبيانات الاتصال والعنوان ومعلومات الاستلام. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو مشكلة ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.

7) الفئات الحساسة أو المقيدة
بعض الفئات قد تخضع لشروط خاصة من حيث الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الإلغاء أو الشحن أو التحقق، مثل المنتجات الشخصية أو الصحية أو الاستهلاكية أو المنتجات التي تتطلب تركيبًا أو تشغيلًا أو التي تكون حساسة بطبيعتها.

8) الملكية الفكرية

9) الاستخدام المقبول

10) حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل Clickt المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتج أو عدم اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام أو التركيب أو العناية أو اختيار منتج غير مناسب للاستخدام المقصود، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به القانون والنظام المطبق.

11) التعديلات
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويصبح أي تعديل نافذًا من تاريخ نشره على المنصة.

1) Platform nature
Clickt is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that enables different merchants and sellers to list and sell products through the platform. Certain items may be sold, fulfilled, or shipped directly by the seller or through operational arrangements linked to the platform.

2) Products and content

4) Order acceptance
Receipt of an order or an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Orders remain subject to review, product availability, payment verification, accuracy of submitted information, seller validation, and fulfillment feasibility where applicable.

5) Sellers and special conditions
Certain products, categories, offers, or sellers may be subject to additional conditions shown on the product page, seller page, or during checkout. Such conditions are considered supplementary to these terms provided they do not conflict with applicable law, regulation, or the platform’s core rules.

6) Accuracy of customer information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information, including name, contact details, shipping address, and delivery details. The customer is responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7) Sensitive or restricted categories
Certain categories may be subject to special return, exchange, cancellation, shipping, or verification conditions, including personal, sanitary, consumable, installation-related, or otherwise sensitive items.

8) Intellectual property
